So as you may have seen from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, we’ve just returned from a whirlwind trip to one of our favourite cities, New York!
April 12th marked the release of the US edition of Good + Simple. Celebrations kicked off with a party at The Edition Hotel in the Flat Iron District where we welcomed our favourite faces from the New York food and wellness scenes, as well as new friends made along the way. Everyone tucked into Flaxseed Steak Buns, Sri Lankan Squash Croquettes, Cashew Ranch Dip with Crudités and Crackers, the obligatory Ginger Broth Shots and Carrot Cake for dessert. To drink, we served our Hemsley Collins Cocktails (Jas’ favourite!) and chilled Pep-Up Tea. Huge thank you to Edition New York for providing us with the perfect setting and our incredible US publishers Clarkson Potter.
