And danishes, and panini, and pizza and….ok, we have to stop here because we’re getting hungry…. But the amount of carbs we currently “treat” ourselves to are far, far over the limit of what our body needs, and what our brains can handle. Is it really worth the brain fog, the sads, the fear that you don’t have what it takes to get up the stairs, or finish the work day? You have no idea how unnecessary those thoughts really are.

Try this easy recipe tonight!
Tarragon Roasted Chicken
2 gloves of garlic
6 chicken breasts
2 tsp dried tarragon
1⁄4 white wine (use 1⁄4 cup water with 1 tsp lemon juice if you’d prefer to opt out of the wine)
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray. Place chicken on the sheet.
2. Cut one of your garlic cloves in half and then rub it on your chicken breasts.
3. Mince remaining garlic and combine it in a small bowl with the tarragon, wine and oil. Mix and brush over your chicken.
4. Put cooking sheet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
